Terms and Conditions
We accept the following forms of payment:
- All major credit or debit cards (with the exception of Amex)
We do not accept cheques
Payments must clear before repaired item is returned.
All repairs (inspection fee where applicable) are to be fully paid for before equipment can be returned to customer. Items unpaid will be retained in the workshop for a period of 60 days before title will be passed to BB Amplification Ltd. Such items passing to BB Amplification Ltd will be sold to recover cost of the repair.
Our standard labour charge is £59.00 per hour. The minimum charge is £59.00, covering the first hour. Subsequent time is charged at 15 minute intervals.
Our standard inspection fee is £59.00. This charge will be applied to inspections and repair quotations. The charge is payable in the event that the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair.
All “Inspection only” work will not be covered by any form of warranty.
We will automatically proceed with repairs when the total cost will not exceed £150.00, unless specifically advised otherwise by the customer at the time we receive the equipment.
Rush jobs can be accommodated, but please note that these will attract a surcharge of 25% over the base repair/service charge. Failure to collect the equipment on the agreed date will incur a further 25% fee.

BB Amplification Ltd warrants, at its discretion, all repair items for a period of 90 days from the date of repair. The warranty covers labour and parts (with the exception of vacuum tubes/valves, these are covered by a one month limited warranty) and applies to the original fault condition only. Different faults, or similar symptoms with other root causes than the original conditions are not covered by our warranty.
